National Association of Catholic Theological Schools
The National Association of Catholic Theological Schools (NACTS) consists of Catholic theological schools which are members of the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) or Centers with a distinct program established for preparing students for the priesthood or religious life and which are associated in their academic program with a theological school or department that is a member of NACTS.
NACTS seeks to develop and help maintain a high degree of excellence for Catholic theological schools, to promote communication among the member schools with regard to educational problems of common interest such as curricula, methods of instruction, evaluation of outcomes, etc. and to assist member schools in their relations with other institutions and organizations whose activity affects theological education.
